2. Eligibility


Entry is open worldwide for everyone aged 18 years and over living OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, as well as agents and affiliated companies associated with this promotion. There is only one grand prize, and only one winner. This promotion is governed by Australian law. Entry is permitted only where lawful which include but are not limited to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Netherlands, Germany, France, Canada (excluding Quebec), United States (excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island), South Africa, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Mexico, Brazil, India, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia.

Note on Regional Eligibility:

This giveaway is conducted under Australian law and is not actively advertised in regions that require specific registration or permits for trade promotions. However, residents of countries like South Africa, Mexico, Brazil, India, the Philippines, Thailand, and Malaysia are welcome to participate if they happen to discover the promotion organically (for example, through word of mouth).

3. How to Enter


To enter, participants must purchase one or more of the digital designs by Izwoz, valued at $50 each, available at www.theweedygarden.com during the promotional period. Purchasing a design gives you free entry. Multiple entries are permitted by purchasing multiple designs.

Entries close at 11am on 25th of December 2025.

4. Prize Details


The total prize pool is valued at $29,300. The prize includes:

* A permaculture design of your property by Geoff Lawton (value $4,500)

* Online access to the Evergreen Permaculture Design Certificate Course with Geoff Lawton (value $1,000)

* A Flow Hive including bee suit, smoker, J-tool and access to online beekeeping courses (value $2,000)

* Garden beds and soil (value $8,000)

* An EcoFlow solar generator (value $1,200)

* Garden tools (value $2,000)

* Trees including fruit, berry, nut, and support species from your local nursery (value $3,000)

* A poly tunnel, worm farm, and compost bay (value $1,500)

* A Weedy Garden T-shirt and garden pants (value $100)

* Installation and planting (value $6,000)

The prize cannot be taken as cash.

5. Promotion Period


The promotion commences at 12 pm on 1st June 2025 and closes at 11 am on 25th of December 2025.

6. Draw Details


The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries live on YouTube at 12 pm (noon) on 25th of December 2025 at 5325 Kyogle Road, Cawongla, N.S.W 2474. All entries will go into a manual barrel draw, and Weedy will pick one randomly. The draw will be conducted in accordance with the relevant trade promotion regulations.

7. Winner Notification


The winner will be notified live by a phone call at the time of the drawing and further notification will be made in writing within 7 days of the draw. The winner will be published on www.theweedygarden.com on 25th of December 2025 at 1 pm.

8. Unclaimed Prize


If the prize is not claimed by 25th of February 2026, the Promoter will conduct a redraw live on YouTube at 12 pm on 26th of February 2026 at 5325 Kyogle Road, Cawongla, N.S.W 2474. The winner of the redraw will be notified in the same manner as the original draw.

9. Publication of Winner Details

The winner’s details (last name, first initial, and postcode) will be published on the Promoter’s website at www.theweedygarden.com within 30 days of the draw, or within 30 days of any unclaimed prize redraw (if applicable). By entering this promotion, entrants consent to this publication of their details if they are selected as a winner.

10. Cancellation Clause

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.


11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute or complaint in relation to this promotion, the entrant should contact us in writing via email at theweedygarden@gmail.com. All reasonable attempts will be made to resolve the dispute promptly and in good faith.

If a complaint cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of all parties, the matter will be referred to an independent third party for review. We agree to abide by any recommendations made by the Fair Trading authority or other relevant regulatory authority.

Our decision in relation to any aspect of the competition, including the selection of winners, is final and binding.
